CTL Storage: the records management division of Contalents
Contalents is an Egyptian company founded in 2019 that runs operational teams and data operations for businesses. CTL Storage is its division dedicated to storing and managing archives.
Why we started
We saw companies treat their archive as a space problem. They rented an extra room or a storeroom, then discovered at the first audit that the real problem was reaching the document.
Because Contalents already works in operations management and data entry, it made sense to build a service that combines space, organisation, indexing, retrieval and destruction under one contract.
Today we operate a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001, from large, monitored warehouses equipped to protect paper.
